A SLOW FLORAL PRACTICE AND AN HONEST CONVERSATION
THE ART OF BEING:
BLOOM — FLORAL WORKSHOP
Welcome to an inspiring gathering where the aesthetics of nature meet the depth of honest conversation.
This special workshop is a beautiful collaboration between Katya Mackle, founder of MCKL Project, and the conceptual Leeds-based studio Chu's Floral.
Hosted in an intimate and cosy home setting, it is the perfect escape for those seeking to slow down, create with their hands, and connect with like-minded women.
Under the gentle guidance of Chu Chen, founder and head florist of Chu's Floral, you will immerse yourself in the meditative process of creating your own floral arrangement.
Chu's philosophy is rooted in a pure love for flowers, natural forms, earthy hues, and romantic, whimsical textures.
More than just a creative afternoon, you will acquire a lifelong skill. Chu will share the core mechanics and secrets of floral design, empowering you to confidently select blooms from your local flower shop and style them beautifully at home long after the workshop ends.
The second, equally important element of our gathering is the warm space carefully cultivated by Katya Mackle. As we work with our hands, we will share an honest dialogue, discuss things that truly matter, find inspiration, and reconnect with our own state of inner bloom.
